So, in the vegetables and fruits have high vitamin quantity, a lot of nutrient, have enough energy and can digestible that make you aren't be constipation. Second, to be the vegetarian is good for your finances because vegetarian foods have a low costs than the normal food. Next, it is good for our environment because to be the vegetarian helps the conservation of fossil fuel, water conservation and soil conservation. Last, I want to be a vegetarian because I feel sympathize the animals that are killed and I love all kind of animals.
