VEGETARIAN


One day in the future, I want to be the vegetarian because I think to be the vegetarian has many good advantages. First, it is good for your healthy because to be the vegetarian eats only the vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds doesn't eat the meat. Eating vegetarian helps your body for protect from the disease because eating meat very much is the cause of occur many disease.
Eating vegetarian will help to reduce the risk of heart trouble, high blood pressure, cancer, diabetes and reduce cholesterol in your body. So, in the vegetables and fruits have high vitamin quantity, a lot of nutrient, have enough energy and can digestible that make you aren't be constipation. Second, to be the vegetarian is good for your finances because vegetarian foods have a low costs than the normal food. Next, it is good for our environment because to be the vegetarian helps the conservation of fossil fuel, water conservation and soil conservation. Last, I want to be a vegetarian because I feel sympathize the animals that are killed and I love all kind of animals.
